OHV terms and conditions

At OHV Tattoos Studio, we prioritize the well-being and comfort of both our clients and artists. To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we have implemented the following tattoo shop policy:

1. Age Requirement:
a. Clients must be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo. They must present valid government-issued identification to prove their age.
b. For clients under 18, we strictly comply with local laws on parental consent.

2. Health and Safety:
a. We place great emphasis on maintaining the health and safety of our clients and artists in our tattoo studio. Our shop adheres to stringent hygiene practices while providing a clean and sterilized environment.
b. All equipment used during the tattooing process is either single-use or properly sterilized to prevent any potential infections or diseases from spreading.
c.Clients are encouraged to inform us about any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies that may impact the tattooing procedure - rest assured that this information will remain confidential.

1.Deposits: 

  • Deposit All appointments require a non-refundable $200 this will be applied to the total cost of the tattoo. 


2.Cancellations:

  • Must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. 


3.Rescheduling:

  • an appointment must be done at least 48 hours in advanced to transfer your deposit to the new appointment date. 

4.No-Shows

  • Failing to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may require a new deposit for future appointments.


5.Guest policy: 

  • For the comfort and safety of both clients and artists, no guests are allowed in the tattoo studio during your appointment.

Exceptions:

  • Exceptions to this policy may be made for specific circumstances, such as if a client requires assistance due to a disability. These exceptions must be approved in advance by the studio.


Reasoning:

  • Our focus is on providing a clean, safe, and professional environment for your tattoo experience.

  • Limiting the number of people in the studio helps maintain a sterile environment and allows our artists to concentrate on their work without distractions.
